Your unit has identified issues relating to required projects and lack of personnel. The TDA states the unit is at 80%, but sections are still short on personnel. The SGM and Battalion CDR has stated that they need to always have a personal driver, and a personal assistant to help coordinate their weekly events. The unit just made a change to discontinue all contractual help to save money. You as the sections chief is told that you need to cover down on the work and manage your duties without these soldiers. Soldiers taken from these sections were subject matter experts in their fields and specifically placed in your section for that reason. These soldiers are vital to your section but asking for these soldiers back, could result in you being removed as the section leader.
