4. Current information workflow--Two issues have been identified: the EPIC system's absence of a dual skin inspection cosign and the inability to link the skin injury image to the LDA avatar.
5. Proposed /improved workflow--Proper EPIC documentation, including skin inspection by two nurses or one nurse and a PCT, may relieve this issue. Linking the skin injury image to LDA's avatar will help healthcare professionals find the wound in the system.
