How could the integrative systems approach to technology adoption have informed and improved each step of the technology adoption life cycle? Be specific here- don't deal in generalities. Carefully explain how each step of the adoption was designed (identification of business goals, multidimensional assessment, and so on), and then explain-- again, in specific terms- how it could have been improved.
