In this assignment, you will create a plan for crisis communicaons in a hospital or health system environment. The following elements should be included in the plan:

1. Idenfy at least six potenal crisis scenarios that could potenally occur in the healthcare environment. Outline the who, what, when, where, and how of these crisis situaons.

2. Define who the key members of your crisis communicaon team will be.

3. Aer defining potenal crises that can occur in the healthcare environment, create a table in a Word document to define the threat level of each scenario as low, moderate, or high risk.

4. Determine the frequency of updates that the crisis communicaon team will provide the key stakeholders involved in the issue. Also, define how the media will be handled during the scenario.

5. Write a key message holding statement for each scenario.
