Let's work with a really idealized normal distribution. We'll pretend that American 12-year-old boys have an average (mean) weight of 100 lbs. The standard deviation (sigma) of the population is exactly 10 lbs. What is the value of weight (x) in which only 9% of the population is above (i.e. cuts off the top 9% of the curve)? Your answer to one decimal place is _____ lbs.
