Online school Arabic language is my business plan expect to read the following in  Business plans:  

1. Executive summary 
2. Marketing Research results
3. Idea proposal: 4 P's, STP, competitor analysis, 
4. SWOTs - for your business idea and for your main competitor, Porter's 5 -Legal forms of ownership information and taxation      
5. Startup - this part should be logical continuation of the previous part and present key success factors of business idea. These could also include marketing strategies (as well as how to deal with direct and indirect competitors), which will contribute to the success of the business. 
6. Operational plan - should describe organizational moments of business startup and include sub sections relatively to aspects of finance (types and sources of financing from the beginning until break-even point, main list of incomes and expenditures, working capital, etc), human resource (organizational structure, staffing details with responsibilities and salaries, etc), operational (time frame,  requirements of special equipment and access to raw materials if any, transportation and distribution system, after sales system, etc), marketing (marketing / promotional activities, marketing budget, market size, sales volume prediction, pricing, etc) and supply chain, logistics, Operation budget/month -Marketing strategy and monthly budget.
7. Critical analysis of possible issues and opportunities in 2 years perspective.  
8. Financial analysis for 2 years on quarterly basis of profit & loss, cash flow, sales volume plan, break-even point analysis, balance sheet of the first day of operations and Opening Day Balance sheet, BEP calculation, Income statement and Statement of Cash-flow for the first two years of operation your business.
9. Conclusion - why  plan is worth pursuing?
