Assessment details:

You are expected to complete a critique and conduct a literature review to discuss a contemporary issue which an IS professional may experience and identify appropriate approaches to address this issue.

The topic is "Cloud Computing: Critical Success Factors and its impact on the business performance of SMEs"

You need to search in the literature and find at least ten (10) academic research papers (references) related to this topic. A draft of the research paper (key points/headings) will be presented to the lecturer in session 6 whereby students can receive feedback. Then students should submit the final research paper in the Blackboard by session 8.

Introduction: state the purpose of objectives of the report.
Discussion: Cite the references, and the reason you have selected these references

Referencing: Remember to reference this articles in-text as you use them and add them immediately to your reference list at the end of your report. The referencing style used by Ozford Institute of Higher Education is Harvard Referencing style.

REPORT STRUCTURE

Assessment Task 2A: Group Case Study Report

Assessment details:
You will be allocated a case study from the text book and are required to develop a detailed report that examines the allocated case study.
In your report you need to address the Review and Discussion Questions at the end of the case.

It is recommended that you read various academic papers on the website in the library at Ozford Institute, magazine articles, before writing this report. You will be expected to have consulted as many sources (at least 10) such as journal articles, books, market reports etc. to write the report (i.e. support your arguments with theories and market figures, tables etc, we shall discuss the formatting in class).

Remember to reference this articles in-text as you use them and add them immediately to your reference list at the end of your report. The referencing style used by Ozford Institute of Higher Education is Harvard Referencing style (For example see Moodle).

Assessment Task 2B: Group Case Study Presentation

Assessment details:

This assignment is a Group Case Study project presentation based on the allocated case in Assessment Task 2A. Your task is to discuss and present the Business Information System issue which presented in case study allocated to you in Assessment Task 2A. The presentation should take 10-15 minutes with minimum 10 slides. You are required to complete Team charter and submit it alongside of your presentation.
Team charter is a peer review tool that makes sure all team members contribute equally to the task and receive mark fairly. Please see rubrics for marking case below as a guide.

All group must prepare a presentation of their case study in class (In consultation with your lecturer). Presentation slides must be submitted online in Moodle. All materials MUST be submitted electronically in Microsoft PowerPoint.
