Hypothesis test for population variance or standard deviation:

The cholesterol levels of adult males are approximately normally distributed with a mean of 225  mg/dL and a standard deviation of 22.3. Some researchers claim that the standard deviation of cholesterol levels of adult males is greater than 22.3 . A sample of 23 adult males' blood tests had a mean of 226 mg/dL and a standard deviation of 29.0 . Is there enough evidence to conclude, at the 0.05  level of significance, that the standard deviation of cholesterol levels of adult males is greater than 22.3?   Perform a one-tailed test.
