Question: Porsche claims their roadster is as fast as Ferrari’s.  The average top speed of the Porsche is 207 mph.  A test of twenty-eight runs is done on the Ferrari copier giving a sample mean = 196 & a sample standard deviation s = 5.65. Using the significance level α = .02, & assuming a normal distribution what does the evidence conclude about the 2 roadsters.
