There are some traits and qualities (Soft Skills) which are needed by all leaders, but they can't avoid the importance of learning specific skills and competencies (Hard skills). It's important that leaders develop their expertise in a particular situation, organization, or industry in which they lead. Effective leaders gain expertise and competence and try to learn as much as they can about their product, their organization, and their team members. So to be really amazing leaders, they need to study the organization they are working in, the competitors, and clients as well.
