I think humanities is interesting when compared to other disciplines because humanities doesn't necessarily have a correct answer. You can't solve an equation to figure out where an artist is coming from. Humanity artifacts have a deeper meaning behind them than other disciplines have. Humanities have to do with the bigger picture and the bigger meaning. And I believe humanities takes more time to understand, that to understand where an artist/creator was coming from you may need to do research and compare different resources. Humanities has to do with creation and is more meaningful than an answer to a math or science problem.

Anyways, I also think humanities may be trickier to understand because there's not exactly a method to it. Different interpretations mean the mind has to work a little harder to understand the background of the works.
