Discuss one of the grounds of discrimination in the B.C. Human Right Code or the Canada Human Rights Act. Summarize the law relating as it applies to employment law area. Discuss the impact this ground of discrimination. Give your opinion on whether it the law has been properly applied from a legal and business perspective.

You must use at least two (2) cases as examples. You may use case examples (litigation, personal or hypothetical) to illustrate the concepts that you are attempting to teach. Provide a critical analysis of the law and discuss whether you think the law is appropriate and where it could be improved. As part of your presentation, you must compare the law of Canada with the law of Liberia.
