The theme of the speech is "For the common good: human right and business".Business is very important to the world, and there are many business is cooperation with others, but there are many human rights problems appeared on business. 

Example1: Foxconn and Apple both are big company in the world, and Apple company have product outsourcing, and Foxconn is apple's biggest supplier, in order to speed up the processing of product, they assign that the workers work overtime,  because wages so low and there is no grantee, workers have to work long hours. it is so stressful for them, if they can not finish the task, they may be insulted by language, so the income paid by migrant worker is less than the price works pay, then it has led to some workers suicide.

Example 2: Palm oil harvesting

Some Palm oil companies want to get more money, they recruit child labor in poor country, and there exist hazardous chemicals in the workshop, and whose workers have to work long hours to get money to survive.
