Human Resources Management practices are a fundamental requirements for a successful organization where different kinds of people are brought together to achieve a common purpose [4]. Human resource management (HRM) is a philosophy of people management based on the belief that human resources are equally effective in sustained business success [5, 6]. HRM is the process of managing human talent to achieve an organization objective.
