Here is the scenario:

Xron Corporation is a large publicly traded corporation.

It employs 5,000 employees primarily in manufacturing jobs.

The Human Resources Department is developing a series of assessment tools to use in screening applicants.

One of the tools being considered is a written test to be given to all applicants to ascertain their suitability for employment.

A concern has been raised about the impact of using this test on a very diverse applicant pool.

Questions:
