  1. Determine a cognitive test that would be applicable to the job selected in step one.  Provide a rationale for the selection of the test.

  2. Create a structured interview for the job that was selected to ensure that there is a scale for all questions
  3. Create a reference check form.
  4. Determine the weighting of the cognitive test, extroversion score, structured interview score, and reference check. Create cut-off scores and mean scores as per table 10.2. Determine which decision-making model will be used refer to 10.3. Provide rationale 
  5. Have 4 classmates (or anyone else) participate:
    1.  in your selection by having them complete your cognitive test, 
    2. and structured interview.
    3. Once the interviews are completed have the classmates sign the results to indicate that they participated in the process. 
  6. Score the classmates on the factors and determine who would be the best candidate for the job. 

Evaluate the process and identify any flaws in the decision method chosen for the selection of the candidate and any changes that you would consider and explain why?
