Throughout the course you have been analyzing a specific situation you have encountered, using the Structural, Human Resource, Political, and Symbolic Frames to analyze what happened in your personal case.

Because the analysis of each frame has already been completed, use this final paper to revisit each frame with the intention of identifying specific factors that impacted or shaped your response in the situation then and your perception of the event now. After learning about all four frames and their impact on one another, your ideas about what you would do differently may be different than when you analyzed each frame individually. If so, include that in your paper. If you would do nothing differently, your paper should explain why your original decisions or actions were the best options for you at that time.

Conclude your paper with a discussion of how viewing organizational behavior through different perspectives (symbolic, political, human resources, and structural) enhances the HR professional's ability to understand and navigate the complexities of organizational life.
