Im doing on my assignment, expanding business from micro (5 employees) to small (30 employees) and I decide to plan for a coffee shop expansion plan. Im expected to make effective report describing their plan to expand in the aspect of human resource management. And my business core values must match with the methods I choose in managing human resource.

  7. Career path (including decisions in promotion process) and work arrangements / benefits for positions: managers, supervisors, and staffs
  8. General information regarding rewards

And this objectives:
