You need to develop no more than 30 questions you would use to audit the Human Resource Management function of any organization. These questions must be associated with a rubric. So start with a rubric, then write your questions to fit your rubric. The rubric should provide criteria to assess the answers to your questions in terms of degree. For example, a rubric might be 1= Strong evidence that shows this is very good, 2= some evidence that shows this is OK, 3= very little or no evidence that this is being done.

*The thirty questions need to cover the key areas of Human Resource Management, which are chapters 3-15. So you need questions on compliance with EEOC legal obligations, Compensation, Training, Performance Management, etc.
