Write document that identifies three (3) Human Resource Management challenges that managers who transfer from India to the United States to open the new hotels will be expected to face. Further, provide possible solutions to these challenges. Your analysis should include the following sections for EACH challenge:

1. The Challenge

Clearly explain the challenge you are identifying.

2. The Theory

Clearly illustrate how the topic, model or theory (or single component thereof) may be applied to address the challenge. , you do 

NOT need to explain the entire topic etc., only the component of the topic that is relevant to the challenge you are addressing. For instance, you do NOT need to explain all six dimensions of Hofstede's theory, just the dimension you are applying, or you can use swot analysis theory or Maslow's hierarchy of needs)

3. The Solution

Propose a solution that addresses the challenge and is supported by the theory.
