Human Resource Development deals with humanity and ethics. There are many new things that can be used in future for my practical life. This is quite interesting field where every day there is something to learn. I learn many things in this class I want to share a few here. Behavior therapy, social learning personality development and communication in specific situations include in this list of learning.
