Research Question: How does macro-economic analysis like (pestle etc.) helps various businesses internationalize its operation?

Introduction: According to Edward Bernroider, many companies are conducting a macro-economic analysis as a part of strategic planning to help companies internationalize its operations to identify its potential in the world with its competitors and thus formulate a global strategy.

Sometimes due to highly globalized world, companies are at a very fast pace to compete with each other in international markets, therefore macro economic analysis has certain boundaries to help companies internationalize its operations if there is no strategic planning and companies wants to internationalize at a fast pace. In addition, this macro-economic analysis sometimes needs other factors to help companies internationalize its operations.

Conclusion: globalization can be a threat and opportunity for companies. To take advantage of globalization changes, companies must rethink their strategies and use business models like pestle that would help them stimulate innovation and growth In international markets.

Reason for choosing my topic: the topic is relevant to my career goals since I will be working as a functional consultant in the UK in the company called INTELISENSE IT. This topic will give a holistic view towards performing my Job role since I will be helping clients internationalize their businesses. This way I will get a better understanding of the topic by writing the literature review on it.

Boundary: The topic is not relevant to any specific company or specific country; it rather provides a holistic view of companies internationalize its operation through macro-economic analysis.
