You are the HR manager of a medium size UK electronics firm (ABC Electronics) making components for the telephone industry. The types of products you manufacture are high volume and high quality parts such as microphones and speakers. You wish to set up a factory in another country in order to enter the global market. The UK factory has a labor force of semi-skilled assemblers, supervisors, project engineers and quality testers together with a support team of administrators and HR specialists.
