HRM 415 Graduation Project - Emirates College of Technology

The graduation project involves conducting a hypothetico-deductive research on one of the HRM related problems. The suggested HRM problems is:Discriminationat workplace.

To arrive to the topic of your graduation project, you must obtain the instructor's approval for your research design including research problem, variables, questions, objectives, hypotheses, population, sample design, data collection method, data analysis techniques.

Topic: Discrimination at Workplace

Your project report should be organized as followings:

1) cover page with course name and code. And: Graduation project, Spring 2021, instructor name... all team names.
2) A page for an abstract: a concise summary of the problem statement, sampling design, data collection method, main findings, main recommendations
3) A table of content
4) List of tables
5) List of figures
6) Chapter One-An introduction:State the background information on why and how the study was initiated, followed by a section describing the objective of the research project, and a section providing the research questions, a brief description of the scope of the study, the research method, and the managerial relevance of the study. The last section offers an overview of the structure and division of chapters in the research report.
7) Chapter Two-Literature Review: outline the various themes that you covered in the research regarding the topic. Conclude with a theoretical framework and a number of hypotheses to be tested.
8) Chapter Three-The research design: state the sampling and data collection methods, as well as the time horizon, the field setting, and the unit of analysis.
9) Chapter Four-Data analysis and results
10) Chapter Five-Conclusions and recommendations.
11) A list of references
12) Appendix: a copy of the data collection method
