The staffing manager doesn’t receive approval for a position until they’re ready to make an offer Candidates are brought in multiple times for 1st or 2nd interviews because of scheduling conflicts Staffing manager works with dept head who in turn works with hiring manager – can take days to weeks for a response sometimes.

The goal is to reduce cycle time to industry average Benchmark says 4-5 week avg.
