For this assessment, you need to assume that your group is the HR management team for an authentic profit-seeking organisation. Task is to develop a new 12 month Strategic HR plan for the organisation. The organisation selected may be an organisation that you or one of your group members have either worked for or the one you or they are working for currently. Otherwise, it may be any another organisation. Whichever organisation is chosen, the key criteria are that it is real and operates in the ‘for-profit' business sector. The outcome of your group's work on this major assessment will be the construction of a ‘Human Resource Management plan' (for an organisation OR department). The plan should be presented in REPORT format.
