Performance Management Systems Design in Business
create a PMS for assigned organization- ETSY
The assumption is to be made that this presentation is being delivered by you, HR department and the audience is the organization's leadership team - you are trying to get their approval.
Choose an employee group within your organization i.e. servers, cashiers, sales departmet etc.
Align various PMS purposes and/or characteristics, which best amplify the culture you wish to create.
Also, consider the strategy you would use in the design, implementation, and operation of your PMS.
Ensure that you include 4 to 5 aspects (i.e. Rewards, Process, Competencies, Behavioural Indicators, Appraisal system/process, coaching, etc.) of your PMS.
Coaching is a mandatory aspect to consider. Please include reference to research on the affects of coaching in the business world.
Clearly explain how these aspects align to your companies' practice. Ensure to outline your rationale for your choices.
Include some of the obstacles or barriers you may face in ensuring successful implementation and/or day-to-day operation.
Identify and list how your PMS and practices impact the overall motivation of employees to perform effectively to achieve both personal and organizational goals.
Include at least one example of any forms, processes, and/or supportive documentation that your group has designed as part of this process (others can just be spoken to in theory).
