CapraTek management is anxious to consider your workplace discrimination incident analysis. You have been assigned by your manager to develop a PowerPoint presentation directed to the executive management team that clearly explains your findings in an appropriate level of detail.
As a CapraTek HR professional, you will develop and present a PowerPoint directed at upper management that clearly explains your analysis and the plan you recommend for the future. Your instructor will use the scoring guide to review your deliverable as if viewing it from the perspective of your immediate supervisor. Determine the aspects that leadership is most interested in with regard to your workplace discrimination incident analysis. Certainly, CapraTek leadership is interested in avoiding future incidents such as the one it recently experienced. Consider how to structure your message in a persuasive and convincing manner. The goal of your presentation is to show how future incidents can be avoided and how you will protect the company against legal action by creating a legally compliant, healthy workplace culture that is well informed on appropriate workplace behavior.
