The purpose of this interview is to determine what leadership means to this individual. How does he or she demonstrate leadership on a daily basis? How has the individual's leadership helped solve organizational or community issues?

Next, using your notes from the interview, write a journal assignment that addresses the following elements:

Leadership: Definition: Define leadership. What does it mean to be a leader? And what does it mean to be a leader in the field of public health?

Leadership: Examples: Provide examples of how your interviewee demonstrates leadership on a daily basis.

Leadership: Significance: Examine the significance of leadership in public health. How does leadership in healthcare and public health help solve organizational or community issues? Support your findings with examples from your interview.
