Question: Part 1: Information services technology or business systems can offer many benefits to both small and large businesses. The business owner that finds the most productive ways to use technology will have an edge over the businesses that just have technology. The technology used by organizations to manage the information generated by the business and used by the business is critical to the productivity of the employees. For example, good business systems will make an employee's job easier while poorly designed systems will create work for employees.

Cite some examples of where business systems have make employee's job easier and discuss why.

Part 2: Customers can provide a lot of information when they visit a place to eat such as, their name, food preference, days of the week they eat out, times they eat, drinks they like and possibly other information if you ask for it.
