Nada is from a Greek background. She is 59 years old and speaks limited English language. She suffers from ongoing depression and often looses hope in getting better.

You support Nada with some her day to day living skills and often she would have a conversation with you about her children, who have busy lives and can't see her often, her deceased husband and her low mood.
