Description - You have just been hired as a fitness and wellness coordinator at a moderate-sized church (e.g. 200-300 congregation members). The senior pastor has asked you to design and start a physical activity program so that the congregation members can improve their physical activity levels. Therefore, discuss how you would design and implement a physical activity program for the congregation members. Justify why you selected the specific physical activity program to implement and discuss how you would promote the program.
