Through these considerations, individuals and leaders can assess their effectiveness regarding personal leadership development as well as organizational success. To help you measure your personal leadership effectiveness, you will complete the VIA Character Strengths Survey.

When a person or leader discovers their greatest strengths, they can use them to communicate tough issues personally and professionally, face life's difficulties, work toward enhancing their goals, and feel more accomplished both at home and at the workplace.

Instructions:

Accessing the VIA Character Strengths Survey is easy. All you need is to provide some basic personal information such as your name and email, to open an account.
