For the client dialogue, I''m fine with you writing only your questions fully, and then a bullet point for client answers. If I were doing this assignment, I would format it something like this:

Me: write out a complete, open ended question to determine client need. (I would ask this question, because, according to Wilson (2017).....)
Client: answers the question vaguely

Me: clarifying question
