Purpose: Overall health and wellness are an important part of a meaningful and well-balanced life. By utilizing the positive psychology perspective along with behavioral strategies, you will develop a plan for establishing a healthy behavioral routine in the area most challenging to you (exercise, sleep, or nutrition). Upon completion of this discussion with your classmates, you will gain a better understanding of how sleep, nutrition, and exercise all contribute to overall health and will better understand the various strategies used by Clinical Health Psychologists and other mental health workers to facilitate lasting change in health behavior habits.
