Now that you have assessed professional skills using mySFIA, you should be able to assess the skills that you have used and demonstrated in your internship. Select the top 3 skills that you have now applied in your work and describe these using SFIA terminology. How could you incorporate these into your Linkedln profile 'Summary' section and relate these to your internship and current experience using specific SFIA professional skills and the 'STAR technique' to describe examples?

Part 1 - Here are some tips which can help to improve my Linkedln profile.

o Linkedln profile photo plays a crucial role in the Linkedln. Recruiters always look at your profile photo when they open your Linkedln profile. It should be in formal dress so you can look professional.
o To make my profile attention-grabbing. I will describe about my role and few skills related to my field in the headline.
o I will change my profile background photo to something related to my field so that it can make more sense.
o I will be adding my experiences from IT industry and my SFIA skills in my Linkedln summary so that my audience can have a better knowledge of my experiences.
o Taking tests or skills assessments on Linkedln can also make an impact on the viewer as it will describe the skills and knowledge I possess.
o Getting recommendations from superior people can also be helpful.
o Connecting to more people and building network plays crucial part as you can get more job opportunities.

Part 2 - SFIA skills
I developed several SFIA skills during my internship role. I have stated as follow: -
SFIA 3 - Service desk and incident management (USUP): To follow the policies and procedures. To identify. record and classify the incidents. To collect the data to allow incident declaration and assigning incidents as relevent. Informing related person to take the actions.
SFIA 4 - Data management (DATM): To access the data in the system by using the certain keywords and maintain the data in the system and implements the data handling policies and procedures.
SFIA 3 - Database administration (DBAD): - Perform the several tasks to maintain the standards of database and administration. Database software's are use for database management and several tools are used to gather the statistics of performance.
I develop these skills during my internship at AINS Telecom. Firstly. DBAD level 3 is the major skill in my internship role, it which involves database software for manage the data in the system and calculate the performance of data. Secondly. DATM level 4 skill is helping me to make the search in database with different keywords and help in data handling. Thirdly. USPU level 3 skill is helping me how to identify and keep the records. Moreover. it also helps me to assign incidents to relevant persons to take actions.
I will use my all SFIA skills in the summary of my Linkedln profile to represent my skills and my !earnings during the period of my internship. Moreover. I would like to use "STAR technique" in my interview questions to specify the situation. task, action, and result.
