Question: Design A HR Department for a fictitious company of their choice. Your company is brand new, it is private sector and non-union with approximately 500 employees. It is up to you to choose the type of business, company name and structure. You are only recruiting the members of the HR department you have structured.

1. an introduction that describes your fictitious company and its business objectives. Describe the organization and the department where your recruitment and selection process will take place. Give a brief overview of your business; i.e. locations, head office, sales etc.

2.Explain the number of HR jobs your recruitment and selection process is designed to fill and the time period for each step of your process.

Identify whether the job and positions are permanent or temporary; and full or part-time. Show the selection criteria you have prepared.

3.Outline the specific recruitment methods of your process and explain why you have chosen each.

Describe how you will conduct initial screening of applicants.

Discuss any selection testing you will conduct and why.

Describe the number and types of interview questions that you will use.

How would i create an intro for a construction company that is a private sector for 500 employees. Perhaps I will design a construction company, how would I go about introducing this and when it comes to roles how many do I need for an HR department and which ones? what members of the HR department do I need to recruit and can you please be despcriptive in explaning? also how would i recruite the members of the HR department you have structured, can you explain how and what to do?
