You will have an opportunity to relate your own coaching goals with an experienced coach you know, have been coached by, or may have read in print, so that you can extract those appealing elements of that coach's practice for your own personalized coaching approach. Thus, this will be part 2 of your assignment. This will help provide the relevance of someone you know personally and/or respect enough to import some of their coaching practices into your own practice as an emerging personal coach.
