Question 1. Your Team Contract (aka Team Charter) should indicate what it is your Team and Team Members need to do to achieve becoming both a High- Performing, Value-Added, Self-Managed Work Team and High-Performing Value-Added, Self-Managed Team Members.

Question 2. Include what you and your team agree to regarding: - how you will act, adjust and accommodate to diverse types of people, behaviours, and situations - make conscious and deliberate choices (know why, when, what, and how) - explicit behavioural expectations, to enable and ensure individual and team accountability and responsibility

Question 3. Your Team Contract should be signed by each team member to demonstrate agreement to it. Once you have agreed and signed this document you are bound by it for the rest of the term.
