Question: You work at the United Nations and provide humanitarian aid all over the world. Two countries (of your choosing) get into a dispute over aid that each country receives. Each country is accusing the UN of providing more aid to the other country. This dispute has escalated into open hostilities between these two countries. The UN reached out to representatives of both countries who have agreed to mediation in an attempt to resolve their current dispute. You, as a trained mediator, have been appointed to mediate the dispute by the UN. Both sides begrudgingly agree to you being the neutral third party. Please explain the conflict (problem) in detail, and how you plan on helping the parties reach a resolution.
