Question: How you mentioned that when you become a manager and it is your turn to hire people, how it is important to consider certain things before hiring them for that role. I think this is very important because i think every hiring manager really needs to consider what skills, attributes, etc they want in an employee for this role. Going into a interview unprepared even as a hiring manager is really bad because you can either hire someone who is not what you wanted at all because you were not prepared or miss out on a good employee because there was no preparation. I never realized how important it is for HR to scuplt an organization and really pinpoint which employees have different talents than others. If an HR person can do this successfully then they can really help the organization by distributing certain jobs to people that will excel in it. I thought the verse you picked out was amazing for this weeks topic because it is so true tha every individual has their own talents and thats why we are all so different and special in our own ways.
