Please review and complete the instructions thoroughly. This has to be just right because the teacher is very particular. Make sure the artworks are of a single theme and make sure to use one of the presentation methods listed. No powerpoints. See attachment for teacher's comments for this musuem proposal.
These presentations can take many forms and instruction will be given by the "Director" of how to produce digital museum experiences using Prezi, Google Open Gallery, Art Steps, or Google Sites (Please no PowerPoint) though students may choose another method for digital display with approval by the "Director." The exhibition must display a "room." Each room must have six or more artworks demonstrating a single theme. The goal of the exhibition is to form a viewing flow that takes a viewer through the theme in a connected and seamless manner. Consider how you may present information for the viewer to gain a more formal understanding of the theme and the argument presented in the research paper (much like the signage in the museum or the audio tours provided).
Please be aware of proper citations and referencing as you create your presentations. MLA format extends to presentations in various ways. In slides, you must still provide paranthetical citations referencing where ideas come from (author page). In dialogue, you should state, "According to_____...." as you speak. Your presentations should also include a slide of all works cited in the presentation in full MLA citation format. Any disregard of these guidelines can result in accusations of plagiarism.
