When we stop to focus on what our experiences have taught us, we can embrace those lessons and concentrate on employing that knowledge and the changes that they encourage. Reflection also provides us with an opportunity to identify those areas where we still need to grow and learn, and to see those areas where growth has already occurred. In this Discussion, you will reflect on your applied practice experience, the concepts in the course, and your growth as a public health leader.
