Problem: Conduct a competitive analysis in the target market Nigeria, research 3 competitors in that industry (LG electronics, Samsung electronics and Haier Thermocool). Choose the most competitive company (LG Electronics) and conducta benchmarking analysis using 6-8 key metrics, using figure 4.9 in the textbook as a template. Include a discussion that addresses your choices for the key metrics and why you think customers would value some over others (the customer importance), how you derive the various ratings and a summary of your key findings and potential implications. You may want to think in terms of what opportunities and risks exist in the market based on the competitive situation.
