Question: We all have our own biases that we may not even realize we have our implicit biases. Harvard's Project Implicit website provides a test that you can use to explore the implicit biases you may have. Take at least two IAT tests from the website and reflect on the results. You can choose any two IAT tests. You'll notice that some tests are particularly relevant to this course (e.g., the Gender-Career IAT) but you may find the learning from other tests relevant to women in management as well. In this paper, reflect on your results by answering such questions as:

How did you decide which two tests to take?
Where you surprised by the results? Why or why not?
Now that you have this knowledge of your implicit biases, how might this:
impact how you can grow as a manager?
influence how you can help others grow in their careers?
These questions are to help you start thinking about your reflection. Depending on the tests you took, you may also add other topics to your reflection.
