You should visit this company's locations several times before the end of the project. You will look for the types of customer service skills the company promotes. You should try various methods of observation: Silent observation - walk around, see how you are treated and how others around you are treated. Active observation - ask for help, ask about products, interact with the employees.

You can also go online and search for information about customer interactions, and reviews. Be cautious of this information since you don't know the source. You can interview other regular customers if you know them or can find them.
