Question: You hired Ibrahim recently. He finished his graduation from one of the reputed universities of the country. He also comes highly recommended by previous employers. However, you notice that Ibrahim is habitually late in the office and he does not have a good relationship with team members. You had an informal meeting with Ibrahim. During this meeting, he strongly suggested that there should be more flexibility in office timing. He also added that in teamwork, everybody should be given the opportunities to help others. You also had discussion with his team members. They were mostly frustrated with Ibrahim because of his 'interfering' nature.
