Learning Activity - The Agile Lead

Using the Kanban framework does not require you to take on a specific Agile team role. However, the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto do still drive how the team is meant to work. It may well be appropriate for the role of team leader to be shared amongst team members over the course of your project to ensure that no ‘one' team member is impacted in terms of time commitment. Measey (2015) outline five different characteristics and functions that are fulfilled by the Agile lead in the reading below:
