Assignment: You have learned that the Value Chain is comprised of multiple processes that create value for the customer. Your responsibility as an Operation Manager is to continuously improve these processes. For this assignment, I want you to look at yourself as an organization. In your organization is a process called EDUCATION. I want you to break down this process into at least five subprocesses. Once you have identified these subprocesses I would like you to measure how well you are at completing each. Use a scale of 1 to 10 for your measurement. Ten being you are excellent at it and one being you are very poor at it. Once you have these measurements I would like you to tell me how you are going to apply CPIs to increase your performance.
