Problem: You are a small, online retail company trying to set up the ability to have credit card payments from customers at your online store. You contact the credit card app company, and they are extremely helpful - at first. To set up the ability to have take payment by credit card online, you are first required to pay a $100 registration fee. However, you run into some technical issues as the website you used to build your online store is not compatible with the credit card app you just registered for. You try multiple times by phone and email to get a hold of the representative at the credit card app company. After a month, you finally receive a phone call. When you ask the individual why it has taken so long for them to get back to you, they state that the emails they sent in reply must have gone to your junk folder. While the representative is on the phone, you take a look at your junk mail folder and there are no emails from them. They then recant their statement and say, "Oh yeah, I forgot to press send." How would you resolve this conflict?
